Our Women’s-Only BJJ classes offer a supportive space to build skill and confidence. You’ll train strong fundamentals and practical self-defence in a fun, welcoming environment, perfect for beginners or experienced grapplers looking to grow with like-minded partners.
TG KIDS ACADEMY
At TG Kids Academy, we offer BJJ (3+) and Muay Thai (6+) in a fun, playful setting that builds confidence, coordination, and self-defence.
Classes are movement-based and packed with games, challenges, and creativity, all led by experienced coaches who make learning exciting and community-focused.
Women’s SELF DEFENCE
Our Women’s Self-Defence sessions (which are held once a month) help you to move with confidence and build real-world skills in a safe, supportive space.
Through movement and practical training, you’ll learn to trust your instincts, understand your options, and feel more capable in everyday life. No experience needed.
