Our Women’s Self-Defence Workshops are designed to empower women of all ages with practical, real-world skills - all in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment. Whether you're a total beginner or just looking to feel more confident, this course gives you the tools to move through the world with strength and assurance.

Led by experienced and down-to-earth instructors, you’ll learn how to strike effectively, escape common holds, stay calm under pressure, and trust your instincts, all while having a great time with an encouraging group of women.

All fitness levels welcome. Just bring a willingness to learn and a sense of curiosity. You'll leave each session feeling capable, confident, and more in control.

What You'll Learn

Situational Awareness & Prevention

Learn how to read your surroundings, spot red flags early, and avoid trouble before it starts.

Striking & Evasion Made Simple

Master easy, effective techniques like palm strikes, knees, and elbows, no fluff, just what works.

Escapes from Grabs & Holds

We’ll show you how to break free from wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs and more using technique, not strength.

Real-Life Scenarios & Role Play

Practice in fun, realistic drills that build your instincts and confidence in real-world situations.

Voice & Presence Training

Learn how to use your voice, body language, and assertiveness to deter threats and stand your ground.
