Women's Self Defence 2-Day Workshop - Training Grounds
Our highly anticipated women’s self-defence workshop will be over one weekend: 13 & 14 July from 10am-11.30am.
We have a had a great number of requests for this course which highlights that women are taking self-protection into their own hands! Women should not have to do courses like this as the crime should not be perpetuated in the first place, however, we do not live in that world just yet…
Day 1 Outline: Sat 13 July
  • Prevention & awareness
  • Introduction to BBBP (boom, block, break, pop)
  • Working through BBBP & associated techniques
Day 2 Outline: Sun 14 July
  • Revision of BBBP & techniques
  • Working BBBP from the ground
Throughout the course, we will be using LIVE scenarios in order to use what you have learned into action. There will also be Q&A’s during and at the end of the workshop.
Led by Scott Ireland and Jess Wenzlick, this course is suitable for all women – whether you have had no or some form of self-defence training.
