Our Training Grounds Kids Academy is first and foremost about kids having fun and feeling part of a group whilst learning new skills. Martial arts is great for fitness, confidence and developing self-defence skills. It also improves children’s sense of respect, focus and discipline. When they join the Training Grounds Martial Arts Academy, kids learn about the importance of team work, improve their listening and social skills, and get a sense of achievement. They are surrounded by positive role models and of course they make lots of new friends along the way.
Training Grounds offer Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (3.5 years +) and Muay Thai (6 years +). Our classes are run by experienced instructors and fathers, with the emphasis on child development. We have a high ratio of instructors to children to facilitate this learning environment. View our Timetable for class details.
Kickstart: $90 for a 4 week term, 1 class per week for both Muay Thai or BJJ
Takedown: $160 for a 4 week term, 2 classes per week for both Muay Thai & BJJ
Spinkick: $190 for a 4 week term, Unlimited classes for both Muay Thai & BJJ
Membership savings if paid upfront: 6 months save 5%, 12 months save 10%.
