THE FIT CHEF COLLABORATION

 

We recognise that many people find it difficult to find the time to exercise and look after their nutrition at the same time. That’s why Training Grounds have teamed up with The Fit Chef to offer our members some support to stay on track.

The Fit Chef specialises in creating delicious, healthy, nutritionally balanced meals ready for you to enjoy at home or at the office.

Their freshly prepared meals are tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals. They use only fresh, free-range and organic produce wherever possible and all their meals are freshly prepared, nothing frozen.

In collaboration with our team, The Fit Chef has designed meals to suit the high intensity of training and recovery for martial arts. The menu changes regularly and offers 10 fresh meals that you can order on line and pick up from Training Grounds gym on Mondays and Thursdays.
